Rhodes Academy is one of the best Wizarding schools open today. Though not as old as some schools, such as Hogwarts or Durmstag, Rhodes has immerged as a leading school of magic. Founded in 1578, we have taught generations of students. Many parents prefer Rhodes as an alternative to sending their children overseas to a school with a longer standing reputation.
The Rhodes Academy is the best Wizarding school in America, and the oldest in North America. Founded by William Rhodes, it was originally ment for the children of Wizard families who had come to the Americas for a new life. It turned out that local Native American tribes also liked the idea of school where their future leaders and healers could share and exchange learnings. In 1594, Rhodes branched out to create classes for this new demographic of students. Rhodes is currently the only American Wizarding school to offer such courses.
